92.5mm Ultra Liner Insulated Plasterboard combines a high-performance PIR insulation layer with 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, delivering thermal insulation and drylining in one product. Ideal for internal walls, ceilings and pitched roofs in new build and refurbishment applications.

The PIR insulation core achieves a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, significantly improving U-values and energy efficiency across various wall and roof constructions.

With a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) core faced in kraft foil paper, this board can be fixed using drywall adhesive or mechanical fasteners. The flexible installation approach suits numerous internal wall and roof scenarios.

Ultra Liner insulated plasterboards minimise heat loss, enhance thermal performance and support sustainable building practices. Both board faces feature composite kraft foil facings with an integrated vapour control layer, reducing condensation risk whilst boosting thermal efficiency.

Ultra Liner boards work as an alternative to Sopratherm PL4000, Quinn Therm Laminate, XT/TL Thermal Liner, Gyproc Thermaline and Knauf Laminates.

Installation is straightforward—simply cut with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw. Always wear appropriate PPE when handling or fitting insulated plasterboard.
