Installation

The 90mm EPS boards are initially secured to the substrate (masonry or timber) using mortar/adhesive, mechanical fixings, or a hybrid approach. The 90mm expanded polystyrene boards must then receive an outer protective layer, such as cladding or mortar coating. The board's outer surface requires rasping or sanding to establish an abrasive finish before applying fiber mesh, followed by base coat or mortar application.
