82.5mm Ultra Liner PIR Insulated Plasterboard

82.5mm Ultra Liner Insulated Plasterboard combines a high-performance PIR insulation core with 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, delivering thermal insulation and drylining in one product. Ideal for internal walls, ceilings and pitched roofs in both new build and refurbishment applications.

The PIR insulation core achieves a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, enhancing U-values and energy performance across various wall and roof constructions.

Featuring a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) core faced with kraft foil paper, these boards can be fixed using drywall adhesive or mechanical fixings, making them versatile for numerous internal applications. Both faces include composite kraft foil facings with an integrated vapour control layer, reducing condensation risk and boosting thermal efficiency.

Installation is straightforward—simply cut with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw. Always use appropriate PPE when handling or fitting insulated plasterboard.

Ultra Liner boards offer a practical alternative to Sopratherm PL4000, Quinn Therm Laminate, XT/TL Thermal Liner, Gyproc Thermaline and Knauf Laminates.
