Installation

The 70mm EPS boards are secured to the substrate (masonry or timber) using mortar/adhesive, mechanical fixings, or a hybrid approach. The 70mm expanded polystyrene boards require an outer protective layer, such as siding or mortar coating. The board surface must be rasped or sanded to create texture before applying fiber mesh, followed by base coat or mortar application.
