The 60mm Rocksilk RS60 Knauf Rock Mineral Wool Insulation Slab is a standard-density (60kg/m3) building material, non-combustible and specially designed for versatile applications with outstanding fire performance, classified as Euroclass A1—the highest rating for non-combustible materials.

Featuring dimensions of 1200mm x 600mm, the Knauf RS60 rocksilk insulation slab delivers exceptional thermal and acoustic performance for both new construction and renovation projects.

These slabs are odourless, non-hygroscopic, and rot-proof, containing no CFCs or HCFCs, and will not support the growth of fungi, mould, or bacteria.

This unfaced insulation slab boasts a certified thermal conductivity (λ - lambda value) of 0.035W/mK, delivering high efficiency performance. With a density of 60kg/m3, the 60mm RS60 is ideal for various applications, including internal partitions, timber and metal studs, and placement between timber rafters and floor joists.

The 60mm Knauf building slabs provide excellent sound absorption characteristics, delivering significant sound reduction benefits.
