32.5mm Ultra Liner Insulated Plasterboard combines a high-performance PIR insulation layer bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, delivering both thermal insulation and drylining in one product. Ideal for walls, ceilings and pitched roofs in new build and refurbishment applications.

The PIR insulation core achieves a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, enhancing U-values and energy efficiency across various wall and roof constructions.

Featuring a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) core faced with kraft foil paper, these boards can be installed using drywall adhesive or mechanical fixings. This dual-installation approach suits diverse internal wall and roof scenarios.

The laminated board incorporates composite kraft foil facings on both sides with an integrated vapour control layer, minimising condensation risk whilst boosting thermal system performance.

Ultra Liner insulated plasterboards effectively minimise heat loss, enhancing building thermal performance and supporting energy-efficient construction methods.

These boards serve as a practical alternative to Sopratherm PL4000, Quinn Therm Laminate, XT/TL Thermal Liner, Gyproc Thermaline and Knauf Laminates.
