102.5mm Ultra Liner Insulated Plasterboard combines a high-performance PIR insulation layer with 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard in a single product. Designed for internal walls, ceilings and pitched roofs, this board delivers both thermal insulation and drylining simultaneously, making it ideal for new construction and renovation work.

The PIR insulation core achieves a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, significantly enhancing U-values and energy performance across various wall and roof configurations.

Installation flexibility is a key advantage. The rigid polyisocyanurate core features kraft foil paper facing, allowing you to fix boards using either drywall adhesive or mechanical fasteners. This versatility suits numerous internal wall and roof applications.

Both faces of the laminated board are finished with composite kraft foil facings that incorporate an integral vapour control layer. This built-in VCL minimises condensation risk whilst enhancing overall thermal system performance.

Ultra Liner boards function as a direct alternative to Sopratherm PL4000, Quinn Therm Laminate, XT/TL Thermal Liner, Gyproc Thermaline and Knauf Laminates.

Cutting is straightforward using a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw. Always wear appropriate PPE when handling and installing insulated plasterboard.
