The 100mm Rocksilk RS45 Knauf Rock Mineral Wool Insulation Slab is a standard-density (45kg/m3) building material, non-combustible and specially designed for versatile applications with outstanding fire performance, classified as Euroclass A1—the highest rating for non-combustible materials.

Measuring 1200mm x 600mm, this Knauf RS45 rocksilk insulation slab delivers excellent thermal and acoustic performance for both new construction and renovation projects.

These slabs are odour-free, non-hygroscopic, and rot-proof, containing no CFCs or HCFCs, and resist fungal, mould, and bacterial growth.

With a certified thermal conductivity (λ - lambda value) of 0.035W/mK, the 100mm Knauf RS45 unfaced insulation slab provides high thermal efficiency.

At 45kg/m3 density, the 100mm RS45 slab works well for numerous applications, including internal partitions, timber and metal studs, and placement between timber rafters and floor joists.

The 100mm Knauf building slabs feature excellent sound absorption properties, delivering significant sound reduction.
