HEXATHERM XFLOOR 300 is a high-performance XPS (extruded polystyrene) floor insulation board designed for applications requiring high compressive strength and moisture resistance. With a compressive strength of 300 kPa, it is ideal for use in domestic, commercial and industrial flooring systems, including areas subject to heavy loads.

Manufactured with a closed-cell structure, XFLOOR 300 offers very low water absorption and long-term durability, making it suitable for use in ground-bearing concrete floors, suspended beam and block floors, basements, and underfloor heating systems.

This high-strength floor insulation board provides excellent thermal performance, with thermal conductivity as low as 0.033–0.034 W/mK, helping achieve target U-values while maintaining structural integrity.
