Knauf Aquapanel Q4 Finish delivers professional-grade coverage for achieving flawless Q4-standard skim coatings across cement board surfaces. This premium-quality filler material provides the smooth, seamless finish that decorative treatments demand, making it ideal for both interior and exterior Aquapanel Cement Board applications. Whether you're working with standard or humid environments, this finish creates an exceptional base for glossy, smooth, or textured wall coverings. Note that direct water spray exposure is not recommended.

Coverage: Approximately 1.7 kg/m² per mm of coating depth. A 20kg bag covers around 11.76 m² when applied at a thickness of 1mm.

Installation Instructions:

• Ensure Aquapanel Cement Board panels are dry, clean, dust-free, and securely fixed to the substructure.
• Use a clean mixing container and tool.
• If necessary, add a small amount of water.
• Apply as a skim coat on walls above tiles without the need for reinforcing mesh.
• The maximum coating depth is 2mm per application.
• Mix 20 kg of Aquapanel Joint Filler with approximately 6.8 liters of cold, clean water, using a 600 rpm stirring machine.
• Fill joints and screw heads, apply Aquapanel Tape, and press in with a trowel. Allow the coat to dry or harden before applying additional layers, if needed.
