The EWI Pro Acrylic Render EWI-010 delivers robust external wall protection with excellent impact resistance and aesthetic versatility. This polymer-modified, thin-coat render system combines durability with visual appeal, featuring customisable colours to suit your project requirements (contact us for colour mixing details).

Designed as a decorative finish for EWI systems, this acrylic render incorporates a 1.5mm grain size for textured surface application. It performs effectively on both interior and exterior surfaces, though we do not recommend use with hard mineral wool panels or on moisture-prone substrates such as fresh cellular concrete. For these applications, pair our EWI-040 Silicone Silicate render with mineral wool insulation systems instead.

Caution: When applying render to elevations with a large area, you should use colours with a brightness coefficient (diffuse reflection) of at least 20%. These coefficients are shown in the colour palette of EWI Pro plasters and paints.

Application

The EWI Acrylic Render System can be applied manually or by spray, using a notched trowel to match the grain thickness. Ensure sufficient workforce on-site to complete full wall sections in one session, preventing visible joint lines between application areas.

For a consistent, textured finish, apply a plastic float in circular motions across the render surface. This technique promotes even coverage and enhances the final appearance.
