However, avoid application to hard mineral wool panel systems or moisture-prone substrates such as fresh cellular concrete. For these scenarios, EWI-040 Silicone Silicate render paired with mineral wool insulation delivers superior results.

Application

Applying EWI Acrylic Render System is straightforward via manual or spray application. For hand application, employ a notched trowel to achieve thickness matching the grain size. Ensure sufficient operatives are present to complete full wall sections in one session, preventing visible joint marks where sections meet.

For a uniform, textured finish, use a plastic float with gentle circular motions across the render surface. This technique promotes consistent coverage and enhances the aesthetic quality of the completed application.
