However, it is not recommended for thermal wall insulation systems incorporating hard mineral wool panels or on moisture-prone substrates such as fresh cellular concrete. For these scenarios, pairing EWI-040 Silicone Silicate render with mineral wool insulation systems offers superior results.

Application

Applying EWI Acrylic Render System is straightforward, accommodating both manual and spray application methods. For hand application, employ a notched trowel to achieve thickness matching the grain size specification. Ensure sufficient labour presence to complete full wall sections in one session, preventing visible joint lines where application stages meet.

For a consistent textured finish, employ a plastic float in gentle circular motions across the render surface. This technique promotes uniform coverage and enhances the finished appearance.
