EWI Pro's Acrylic Render EWI-010 is a robust, polymer-modified thin-coat finish engineered to protect and enhance external wall surfaces. This flexible render delivers superior mechanical impact resistance whilst providing a decorative finish with excellent durability. The product features a 1.5mm grain texture available in 380 colours, allowing customisation to suit your project requirements (contact us for colour mixing options).

Specifically formulated as a decorative coating for External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems, this acrylic render performs on both interior and exterior applications. We do not recommend this product for hard mineral wool panel systems or moisture-prone substrates such as fresh cellular concrete. For these applications, consider EWI-040 Silicone Silicate render paired with mineral wool insulation systems.

Application

The EWI Acrylic Render System can be applied manually or via spray application. For hand application, employ a notched trowel to match the thickness to the grain size. Ensure sufficient operatives are present to complete full wall sections in one session, preventing visible joint marks between application areas.

For a uniform, textured finish, use a plastic float to work the render surface in circular motions. This technique promotes even coverage and enhances the final aesthetic.
