Designed specifically for External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems, EWI-010 performs well on interior and exterior applications. However, this product is not recommended for hard mineral wool panel systems or moisture-prone substrates such as fresh cellular concrete. For these scenarios, EWI-040 Silicone Silicate render paired with mineral wool insulation provides superior results.

Application

The EWI Render System can be applied manually or via spray equipment. For hand application, employ a notched trowel to match the grain size thickness. Ensure sufficient operatives are present to complete full wall sections in one session, preventing visible joint marks between application areas.

For a consistent textured appearance, use a plastic float in circular motions across the render surface. This technique promotes uniform coverage and enhances the finished aesthetic.
