BEWI Claymaster 75mm Clay Heave Board

The 75mm BEWI Claymaster Insulation Board provides reliable protection for foundations against clay heave, shrinkage, and soil movement. This lightweight, compressible expanded polystyrene void-fill material creates an effective barrier around pile caps and ground beams.

BEWI Claymaster works by wrapping the pile cap with a layer of pink EPS insulation, reducing pressure on ground beams as surrounding clay expands and contracts with moisture changes.

This durable board measures 2400mm x 1200mm and offers straightforward installation without specialist equipment. It shields foundations from the damaging effects of clay heave, which occurs when shrinkable clays (containing mineral particles under 0.002mm) expand during wet periods and contract when dry.

75mm BEWI Claymaster EPS insulation comes in 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm thicknesses as standard, with 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm available to order for specific beam dimensions.
