The 50mm Jablite Claymaster works by wrapping the pile cap in a layer of pink EPS Insulation, reducing stress on ground beams when surrounding clay expands and contracts seasonally.

This lightweight board measures 2400mm x 1200mm and installs with ease, offering durable protection against clay heave and moisture-related foundation damage. The product delivers straightforward installation without specialist equipment or trades.

Shrinkable clays contain high mineral content (particles under 0.002mm) that swell when wet and crack when dry. This cyclical expansion and contraction—called 'clay heave'—creates serious foundation risks over a building's lifetime.
