Thermal performance

Tested to BS EN 13162:2012 + A1:2015 with a thermal conductivity lambda (λ) value of 0.032 W/mK.

Fire performance

NyRock Frame Slab 150mm is non-combustible, achieving an A1 reaction to fire classification under EN13501-1.

Acoustic performance

• The random fibre orientation and density of stone wool effectively traps sound waves and dampens vibrations, significantly reducing external noise transmission when used in external wall insulation.
• When integrated into an external wall with a rainscreen facade and combined with NyRock Rainscreen 032, the system can achieve acoustic performance up to Rw 60dB in typical wall configurations, as verified by independent laboratory testing.
