126mm Recticel Plylok PIR Warm Flat Roof Insulation Board delivers a complete 3-in-1 solution combining structural decking, vapour management, and high-performance PIR insulation for warm flat roof systems in new construction and renovation work throughout the UK. The board works effectively beneath traditional bituminous waterproofing and single-ply membrane systems, offering flexibility for various flat roof specifications and designs.

Measuring 2400mm x 1200mm, these insulation boards feature a polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam core with thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, ensuring robust thermal resistance and compliance with UK Building Regulations energy efficiency requirements.

The PIR core is faced on both sides with low-emissivity aluminium foil, with a 6mm structural plywood layer bonded to the top surface, providing a durable, ready-to-receive base for waterproofing systems.
