116mm Recticel Plylok PIR Warm Flat Roof Insulation Board provides a complete 3-in-1 solution combining structural decking, vapour management, and high-performance PIR insulation for warm flat roof systems. Ideal for both new construction and renovation work across the UK, this integrated board streamlines installation and enhances build performance.

This insulation board works effectively beneath traditional bituminous membranes and single-ply roofing systems, offering flexibility for contemporary flat roof applications.

Measuring 2400mm x 1200mm, Recticel Plylok boards feature a polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam core with thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, delivering the thermal performance needed to satisfy UK Building Regulations requirements. The core is faced on both sides with low-emissivity aluminium foil, whilst the upper surface bonds to 6mm structural plywood for a robust, ready-to-waterproof deck.

Recticel Plylok contributes to sustained energy efficiency improvements and carbon reduction, manufactured with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) blowing agents and low global warming potential (GWP).
