The 100mm Claymaster Jablite Clay Heave Protection Board is a compressible expanded polystyrene void-fill solution engineered to protect building foundations from clay heave, ground movement, and soil shrinkage. This moisture-resistant EPS material creates a reliable protective layer beneath ground structures.

When installed around pile caps, 100mm Claymaster Jablite delivers a cushioning barrier that reduces pressure on ground beams as surrounding clay expands and contracts with moisture changes.

This lightweight, easy-to-install board measures 2400mm x 1200mm and provides long-term protection against clay heave and foundation damage caused by soil movement. The pink colour aids rapid on-site identification and handling.
